Clay Crosby, MFT

I believe that each of us has the innate ability and desire to lead a fulfilling life and have satisfying relationships. As a therapist who works with individuals, couples and families, I see therapy as a healing conversation that:

provides clients with a safe, non-judgmental place to express and explore their challenges, and;

helps them to rediscover their talents, strengths and resources.

My intention is to create a collaborative partnership that enables clients to move away from self-blame and judgment and supports them in finding solutions that are consistent with their values and beliefs and fit their own unique life path.

I have experience working with people who are dealing with a variety of issues including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Grief/loss
  • Low self-esteem
  • Anger
  • Stress
  • Isolation/loneliness
  • Parenting issues
  • Relationship difficulties
    (both at home and in the workplace)
  • Addictions
  • Childhood abuse

In addition, a great deal of my practice focuses on the following areas of specialization:
